As a Morningstar homeowner, our Customer Service team is available to answer your questions and address any warrantable issues that you may notice or arise after your Orientation. Prior to taking possession of your new Morningstar home, our Customer Service Manager conducted a detailed, room-by-room, interior and exterior orientation and inspection and identified any outstanding deficiencies, introduced you to the features in your new home, provided the instructions/manuals for your appliances and home operating systems, and offered a number of maintenance and cleaning tips which you can also find in your Morningstar Homeowner’s Manual.
If you find there are any service and or warranty issues with your new home other than those noted at your Orientation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can record the issues, track the progress, and provide you with timely service to address your concerns. Once received, one of our service representatives will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for any repairs that are to be made.
