 | Ali Bahrami - Construction Manager Ali has a Master Degree in Architecture and Master of Engineering degree in Construction Management from the University of British Columbia. He has over 20 years’ experience in housing design and construction management. Ali has recently completed the full training program with NRCan and achieved his registration as a Certified Energy Advisor. Ali’s experience in both architecture and engineering are a definite asset to the Morningstar team. Ali was the recipient of the Morningstar Award of Excellence in 2006. |
 | Bob Morse – President & CEO Bob has been active in real estate development since 1988. A University British Columbia graduate, he has developed and built single family, multi-family, industrial and commercial projects in both Greater Vancouver and Arizona. He is responsible for all aspects of Morningstar’s homebuilding activities. |
 | Brian Foss - Senior Customer Service Manager Brian joined Morningstar Homes in December 2005 and was promoted to Senior Customer Service Manager in 2008. Brian has 32 years’ experience in the home building industry. Brian's experience includes roofing, electrical, drywall and plumbing. Brian started his career in home building as a finishing carpenter. Brian enjoys his work and takes great pride in the homes presented by Morningstar. He values his relationship with the new home owners and he pays attention to their needs and wants during the orientation process. |
 | Dale Barron – Partner Dale has been a homebuilder since 1982 and has built and sold more than 3,000 single-family homes in Greater Vancouver. Before starting Morningstar Homes Ltd., he was Vice President of Housing for BC’s major builder of single-family homes. Dale has been a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association for 26 years and was the President of the GVHBA in 2007. Dale has served on various sales & marketing committees at the local, provincial and national level. Dale has been recognized for his achievements with the following professional association awards: GVHBA Technical Excellence Award 2006, GVHBA, Builder Member of the Year 2004 & 1986, CHBA Sales & Marketing Person of the Year 1990 and GVHBA Recognition of Exemplary Service Board of Directors Year 2004 - 2010. |
 | Deborah Calahan - Vice President Sales & Marketing Deborah brings over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing to Morningstar. Her sales and marketing roots began in California and extend to Toronto where she marketed high volume single-family homes for one of Toronto’s leading builders. Deborah joined the Morningstar team in 2003 and has been instrumental in its ongoing growth and success. She holds a Bachelor Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing from Pacific Union College. |
 | Ed Zamrykut - Construction Manager Ed has been active in the residential construction industry for well over 30 years. He grew up in his family’s construction business, learning from the ground up. Upon completion of a Civil Engineering Technology program, in Winnipeg, Ed has worked with some of the largest homebuilders and land developers in western Canada, where he was able to build a wealth of experience that he is able to apply to his job daily. He has also earned the Registered Housing Professional (RHP) designation, awarded by the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association of British Columbia. Ed joined Morningstar in 2002. He is proud to be part of the team that helped the company grow, from the “little builder that could”, into the household name and industry leader that it is today. |
 | Karen Haines – Executive Assistant Karen started working in the single-family home building industry in 1992 and has been with Morningstar since its inception. Her responsibilities include personnel management of admin and accounting staff and managing the company’s general administrative budget. Karen was honoured with the President’s Award from one of BC’s prominent builders, in recognition of her leadership and administration skills and was the recipient of the Morningstar Award of Excellence in 2003. Karen is proud of her contributions to the company’s growth and continued success. |

 | Ron Rapp - Vice President Construction Ron has enjoyed over 30 years working in construction and real estate development in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. His experience encompasses single-family, low-rise multi-residential, high-rise residential, office/ commercial, assisted and independent senior’s facilities, and numerous projects for Parks Canada. Ron has a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph, Ontario, though most of his construction experience has been hands-on and direct. |
 | Ryan Lucy – Vice President Acquisitions & Development Ryan has worked in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis and appraisal since 2001. Ryan is responsible for land acquisitions and development. Prior to joining Morningstar, Ryan was the Manager of Real Estate for CHIP REIT; a leading Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust focused on the hotel sector, where he worked on acquisitions, leasing and investment analysis. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Geography from the University of Victoria. |
